ITG has deep knowledge and fast implementation functions that are needed in every federal contract from initial proposal creation, legal documents, finance credibility, certifications and clearances until final implementation and delivery. Our Subcontracting Performance in CPARS for all projects delivered until today exceeds 97%.
US Dept of Housing and Urban Development HUD HITS Contract
HUD Information Technology Services (called HITS) consists of all existing IT infrastructure used by the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development. Since 2004, ITG has been providing server, workstation and peripheral support services to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Technical Services include:
- Maintenance of servers in Leidos and Federal data centers.
- Maintenance of servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals at 74 CONUS and OCONUS HUD offices.
- Installations, moves, additions, changes and data migration at all HUD offices.
- Cable troubleshooting and replacement at remote sites.
- Integration, testing and support in all HUD offices
- Evaluation and recommendation of proposed changes to HUD configurations
- Execution, management and support of large projects such as Technology Refresh and Windows Migration.
ITG currently provides Tier 2 desk-side and local support for CONUS and OCONUS (including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico) HUD field offices. Additionally, full-time onsite support is provided at HUD Headquarters and some Regional offices. While providing a single point of contact, ITG also provides or has provided nationwide installation, deployment, data migration and maintenance services to HUD for a variety of multi-vendor products including servers, multi-function devices, desktop personal computers & laptops, laser printers, dot matrix printers, scanners and monitors.
This contract requires extensive knowledge of HUD’s IT operations, dashboard and stakeholder requirements. All support activity is documented in ITG’s proprietary enterprise-level CENTRE service software, allowing detailed reporting customized to meet the client’s needs.
U.S. Army ITES-3H Contract
The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-3 Hardware (ITES-3H) contract in coordination with the U.S. Army Contracting Command, is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (with Economic Price Adjustment) and a ceiling of $5 billion, to provide agencies with commercial IT equipment, including servers, workstations, PCs, networking equipment, storage environments, deployment and installation, maintenance and training, enterprise licenses and extended warranties and other IT products.
The equipment must be in compliance with existing DOD and Department of Army standardization, security, and interoperability policies.
ITG was selected as a subcontractor for this contract due to the vast experience in DoD and Army programs and today provides a diverse portfolio of services, such as maintenance of hardware and software, training services, video teleconferencing (VTC) products and installations, extended equipment warranty, deployment and installation support.
U.S. Army Contracting Command RS3 Contract
Army Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) IDIQ contract has an estimated ceiling value of $34.7B with a 10-year ordering period. This contract is a consolidation of five large IDIQ contracts including: Rapid Response Third Generation (R2-3G), Warrior Enabling Broad Sensor (WEBS), Technical Information Engineering Services (TIES), Technical, Administrative, Operations Support Services (TAOSS) and Strategic Services Sourcing (S3).
The RS3 contract covers professional engineering support services which spans the spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements throughout the world, including engineering services, research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) services, logistics services, acquisition and strategic planning services, and education and training services.
ITG has partnered with Interpid Solutions and will provide program management, education support services, communication services, IT support services, intelligence, and surveillance support services to RS3 Contract.
Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence Community E-SITE Contract
The Enhanced Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) is a multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle on a Task Order level, which will specify the IT solutions & services as outlined by a Statement of Objectives (SOO), Statement of Work (SOW) or Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS). The E-SITE contract provides worldwide coverage for IT requirements and technical support services that support the Government through system design, development, fielding, and sustainment of global intelligence and C2 assets vital to the security of the United States.
The services and capabilities supported by the E-SITE contracts provide responsive, flexible, adaptive, and timely solutions for organizations to satisfy current and future IT requirements. Departments and agencies supported by this contract vehicle include, but are not limited to: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Combatant Commands, Joint Reserve Intelligence Program, multinational partners (e.g., coalition and alliance), National Command Authorities, other Defense Agencies, and non-DoD Departments/Agencies with intelligence missions or which utilize standard Command and Control (C2) and DoD intelligence systems.
ITG as a subcontractor to Intrepid Solutions and Services, Inc, will take over projects regarding Technology Assessment and Evaluation Services, Systems Engineering Services, Network Operations and Administration, Storage Services, Information Assurance (IA) Services, Security Management, Testing and Verification Services
General Services Administration GSA 8(a) Stars II GWAC
STARS II GWAC is Streamlined Technology Application Resource for Services II Government-Wide Acquisition Contract, a multiple indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide information technology (IT) services and IT services-based solutions. The contract offers simple to complex IT service solutions, such as IT help desk support, information assurance, cyber-security, virtualization and many more at a $12B program ceiling and a five-year base period. 8(a) refers to the business development program run by the Small Business Administration (SBA) to aid small companies. Constellation II also includes companies with an additional industry credential, such as Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) or ISO 9001 (quality management system)
ITG is one of the few companies with multiple industry credentials such as CMMI Services, CMMI Development, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000-1 that can support fully the 8(a) Stars II. Our role in this contract as a subcontractor is to provide customized IT Solutions and systems integrations as requested.
Symantec software, hardware and maintenance services to the DON
The U.S. Department of the Navy (DON) has entered into a blanket purchase agreement with Carahsoft via the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific on behalf of the DON. Under the agreement Carahsoft and ITG are authorized to distribute Symantec software, hardware and maintenance services to the DON and affiliated branches, including the U.S. Marine Corps, the U.S. Navy and reserve components of each force, under contract number N66001-19-A-0047 and Carahsoft’s GSA Schedule No. GS-35F-0119Y.
